Judith Martinez

Award-winning founder and writer, Judith Martinez is an intersectional social impact advocate mobilizing girls, women, and their allies to live beyond fear and redefine their futures. Founder of InHerShoes, Martinez is a sought-after voice as an entrepreneur, speaker, and strategist activating the next generation of leadership. From working with global leaders such as former White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta, social impact organizations such as Ashoka, media agencies for good such as GOOD Worldwide, to brands and celebrities such as Stuart Weitzman and Serena Williams, Judith has worked alongside and catalyzed change agents throughout her entire career at unique intersections poised for social impact encompassing innovation and inclusion.

A first-generation student, she was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 nominee, has been featured in NASDAQ, Entrepreneur, and Forbes among others, is a Vital Voices and TRSEemme Global Leadership Fellow, and amidst the national awakening for social and racial justice in 2020, Judith was selected to be a United State of Women Ambassador, and has since represented the state of California to work with former White House Obama Administration in furthering gender equity and its intersection on racial justice. In 2021 Judith was hand-selected by Serena Williams and Stuart Weitzman as an awardee for her work in women empowerment and gender equity for generations to come. Alongside her work in catalyzing courage for girls and women, she is currently working with entrepreneur, singer, actress, and producer Selena Gomez at Rare Beauty, where she is building and scaling social impact at the intersection of mental health and education.
