Every woman deserves to have her own advisory panel. As part of 40:20 Vision’s mission to start conversations and facilitate mentoring between generations, we offer live mentoring events between established and aspiring / early-stage entrepreneurs.
The idea is that we can have more than 20:20 vision if we share our knowledge in a mentor-like, collaborative setting.
7X7 is not a networking event or cocktail party. Rather, it’s a group of 7 experienced and 7 aspiring / new female entrepreneurs getting together to exchange wisdom and experience.
It’s a chance to get your issues out on the table and get feedback.
The next 7×7 Mentoring Salon will be on Thursday, February 23, 2012 from 6:30pm to 9pm in NYC.
We all can learn from each other but to make the event valuable to all participants, we are looking for a mix of more experienced and less experienced entrepreneurs:
- Mentor: At least one startup under your belt beyond early-stage, an experienced startup advisor, investor, legal counsel, mentor, or reporter well entrenched in the startup community.
- Mentee: Bootstrapping / early stages of a startup or have an idea, a passion, an entrepreneurial spirit and are working double time to get it started.
