āWe are a nation obsessed with dieting, but it’s not working,ā said Wendy Nguyen. “HealthyOut was created to help you find convenient food that you still love to eat. We think it all starts with the food.ā
With two-thirds of American adults struggling with overweight and obesity issues, developing solutions to help people eat healthier has never been more important, especially solutions that fit with peopleās everyday lifestyles.
The team at HealthyOut spoke with “hundreds of nutritionists, dieters and healthy eaters to learn that eating out is an issue for a lifestyle of healthy eating – people lack the information they need to make smart food choices or often feel trapped into always ordering a salad. HealthyOut solves this problem by giving users insight into the food theyāre eating before they step into the restaurant,” said HealthyOut’s Wendy Nguyen.
