Hear from more than 40 powerful innovators including SpaceX president Gwynne Shotwell, Square CFO Sarah Friar, Eventbrite President & Co-founder Julia Hartz, and Coursera Co-founder Daphne Koller. There will be networking sessions, intimate mentorship sessions with seasoned entrepreneurs and investors, our signature PITCH competition and more. Apply for a scholarship to attend the Women 2.0 Conference on February 13 -14, 2014 in San Francisco.
The scholarship deadline is Wednesday February 5th, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. PDT, winners will also be announced on Thursday, Feb. 6th. We appreciate Kapor Capital for taking the initiative to support women in tech by providing financial resources to drive social change in communities of color.
“The scarcity of any women at most tech startup events is mirrored by the scarcity of African American and Latina women at events for women entrepreneurs. Just as Women 2.0 sees a need and is working diligently to fill it, we at Kapor Capital want to make sure that *all* women can participate in and contribute to the tech startup ecosystem,” said Freada Kapor Klein, partner at Kapor Capital.
