My work as a freelance writer and personal journey with female friendships led me to create a new publication that will leave you feeling smart and in the know.
RUBY magazine is a new online publication that will promote female camaraderie and inspire women to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others.
We’ll cover news and events around the world that are inspirational, thought-provoking and stirring.
You’ll find profiles of women partnering to do big, bold things; honest advice and commentary on female friendships;
ideas on how to nurture the relationship with yourself. We’ll also produce story packages that inspire a sense of adventure in travel and in everyday life. Those are just a few examples.
RUBY will always be smart, not sensational. We will be witty, never snarky. Our overall concept is inspirational, upbeat and fun, but also informative.
Closer to launch, we’ll be looking for pitches from freelance journalists who are experts at spotting, researching and writing a good story. So, stay tuned!
