Prior to TRUSTe, Fran co-founded Match.com, where she established credibility, safety, and trust in online dating, making Match.com the leading online dating service.

- Was an original member of the Match.com startup team. She was responsible for product development, business development, and all brand and marketing activities. She grew the membership base to nearly 500,000 in less than 3 years.
- Her expertise has proven to be building brands and results by establishing trust with online customers, from TRUSTe to Match.com, from Women.com to consumer companies BlueLight, Clorox, etc.
