A new infographic shows that women who have graduated elite universities are not participating in the workforce to the same degree as women from non-elite universities. MBA mothers from top schools are participating in the workforce almost half as much as MBA mothers from non-elite universities.
The infographic also reveals our conflicted attitudes towards working work, with statistics showing that the public still leans in favor of women being stay-at-home moms when they have small children or working only part time.

Why do you think female graduates of elite universities are not participating in the workforce as much as those from non-elite universities?
